So…if you had told me 6 months ago that I would have a blog, I would have said you were hallucinating. If you had said I would be creating digi-scrapbook pages and designing digi kits with my 14 yr old daughter, I would have thought you were dreaming. If you had said I would have friends from the Philipines, Great Britain, Sweden (not to mention many states here in the US) that I had never actually met before, I would have sent you to the doctors for a check-up!
But, thanks to Jessica Sprague and her amazing “Up & Running” and “Now We’re Rockin” with Photoshop classes all of the above is not a dream…it’s a reality. I started taking her first class in June and prior to that I had never tried digi-scrapping or PSE. I had only just started using a digital camera a month before that!!!
Which brings us to my very first blog posting. I don’t really think I’ll be writing about my daily activities…although you may get a snippet or two from my very boring life! Suffice it to say I am a SAHM to 2 great (really) kids doing the usual SAHM things, and am loving every minute of it! I’m sure this will evolve as it goes along, but I’m thinking I’d like to use this blog to pass along great tips/ideas/techniques that I find along the way.

Hey Dawn!!!! WOOHOO!!! You have a blog… finally!!! I was waiting for this day! You’ll find it’s much easier to give out freebs when you have a blog (and I’m counting the days till you get hooked on blogging, GF! lol)

Your blog looks FAB and I look forward to watching it evolve!! Please post about the every day, too … we SAHMs like to know we’re not the only ones going through it!! I am starting to print my entries out to keep in a journal so my kids and I can look back at it years from now!

Hey Dawn, love the idea of giving out tips and techniques on your blog. You usually come up with some great ones. I also am a SAHM but now my kids are 21 and 23 and I am still at home. Go figure, gives me plenty of time to play. Putting you in my favorites so I can come back and visit.
